The CAIDAO Institute for Works Council Consulting, with offices in Berlin, Bremen, Nuremberg, and Wiesbaden, is THE consulting firm for works councils, staff councils, and employee representatives, as well as their unions.
We work on all issues related to business management, restructuring, employment, IT and data protection, digitalization, health, strategy, and communication.
We operate nationwide and aim to support and strengthen employee participation in all relevant areas through comprehensive consulting and training, strategic development approaches, and targeted research.
