Whether in personnel planning, performance evaluation, or recruitment: The use of AI raises many questions. What does artificial intelligence mean in concrete terms for the company? What are the consequences for employees? And how can the works council monitor and evaluate AI processes and exercise its co-determination rights regarding AI?
This practical AI training for works council members is aimed at those without prior AI knowledge and conveys the most important basics about AI in the workplace – including legal frameworks and co-determination rights when introducing AI in the company. The goal is to become proactive early on and to build AI expertise as a works council member.
